90 North is at the doorstep of the world's busiest airport, the world's most beautiful and hard-working city, and a newly modernized highway system that connects Schaumburg to commerce across the Midwest and across the nation.

By Car

New, improved access to I-90 tollway, and local roads are meticulously maintained.

Pace Bus Routes

There are 12 fixed Pace Bus routes, including I-90 Express route service. The free Schaumburg Trolley serves 10 locations in the Woodfield area Friday - Sunday, daily during the summer and holiday season. Plus, 90 North will have integrated bus rapid and local transit services.


The 90 North District is only 3 miles from Meacham and Algonquin intersection to UP North West line between Chicago and Harvard/McHenry. Schaumburg also has a train station on the Metra Milwaukee West Line, connecting to Chicago’s Union Station to the east, and Elgin to the west.


Just 11 miles west of O’Hare International Airport, and Schaumburg has a regional airport, too.


Schaumburg’s early adoption of green measures and continual improvement of access to nature, has resulted in 90 miles of bike paths and 1,000 bike parking rack and locker spaces, including racks on the village trolleys and at the Metra train station. The village supports convenient pedestrian circulation with safe, well-maintained walkways, new crossings, and access throughout 90 North.
