The 260-unit Element at Veridian Apartments completed construction in 2020 and recently welcomed its first residents.
Boler
The Boler Company relocated their global headquarters to an eight-story office building, located on the former Motorola Solutions campus in Schaumburg. Relocation of the company’s employees is currently underway.
