Exciting progress continues at 90 North Schaumburg as construction advances on the new Andretti Indoor Karting & Games and a six-level public parking garage.
The Andretti facility is a dynamic anchor to Schaumburg’s growing entertainment district. Alongside multi-level indoor karting, the development will offer dining, bowling, laser tag, and arcade attractions, further enhancing the area’s family-friendly appeal.
Adjacent to the venue, a 900-space parking deck is taking shape. The deck will serve the Andretti center as well as future tenants and events at the nearby Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. The parking garage is slated for completion in January 2026, with the Andretti opening expected shortly after.
The Village’s economic development team sees the project as an exciting step forward.
